No, the remedies are an additional cost. If you’re in Europe, I can prepare and send your herbs directly. For clients abroad, I’ll recommend trusted suppliers or blends that you can access locally. I always make this part as simple and affordable as possible.

Some people notice gentle changes - like improved digestion or better sleep - within just a few days. But deeper healing, like hormonal or immune support, may take several weeks or even months. Herbal medicine works with your body’s natural rhythms, not against them.
