Return and Refund Policy

Readings and single sessions

You can move or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a session, or 48 hours before a medical astrology reading, using the link in your confirmation email. With less notice, or if a session is missed, a late cancellation fee of 25 per cent of the session's price applies and I refund the other 75 per cent.

A written report is prepared for you personally. Once I have started work on it, its preparation cannot be refunded. If there is a genuine error in your report, or it has not arrived, please tell me and I will correct or complete it.

Programmes

If you bought online, you have 14 days to change your mind. If you book your first session within those 14 days, you are asking me to start straight away, and any refund is reduced by the value of the sessions and preparation already given.

After 14 days, unused sessions are refunded at the single-session price, less any discount you received. If you are on a payment plan and decide to stop, the remaining payments stop and the remaining sessions are cancelled.

Sessions should be used within the length of the programme plus four weeks; unused sessions cannot be carried over or refunded after that.

Therapeutic massage

You can move or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. With less notice, or if an appointment is missed, the 25 per cent late cancellation fee applies and the rest is refunded.

If I cancel

If I ever need to cancel, I will offer you a new time or, for a single session, a full refund.

Products from the shop

If you buy a physical product from the shop, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, unused and in its original packaging. Please email me first. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item arrived faulty or wrong, in which case I refund or replace it in full, postage included. Refunds are made within 14 days of the item reaching me.

Your legal right to cancel

As a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you usually have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online without giving a reason. The main exceptions are:

• a service that has been fully provided with your agreement
• a report or item made specifically for you
• digital content you chose to access straight away

The Medical Astrology Guide app

Full Access to the Medical Astrology Guide app at medicalastrologyguide.com is covered by the app's own terms. Where a reading or programme includes app access, that access is part of what you bought and is not refunded separately.

How to ask for a refund

Email office@thebarefoothealers.com with your name, what you booked or bought, and the reason. I reply within five working days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe; how quickly they show depends on your bank.
