Who this work is for.
Most of the people who come to me have already done the sensible things. They have had the blood tests, seen the specialists and followed the advice, and something is still unresolved. Some have a diagnosis that names what is happening without explaining why it is happening to them. Others want to understand their own body before it starts to struggle.
Your natal chart shows your constitution: the temperament you were born with, where your body tends to hold strain, and when the pressure on it builds. I read it with a clinical eye, alongside your history and your symptoms, and turn it into practical support for your food, herbs, supplements, rhythm and rest.
You come away with a clear picture of how your body works and what helps it, written down so you can return to it whenever you need to.

- Interpretation of blood work or functional testing where relevant
- A protocol adjusted as your body responds, with the transits of the three months woven through

- Functional testing recommendations and interpretation

Common questions.
Which option should I choose?
If you are unsure, book the free call. In 30 to 45 minutes we can talk through what you are dealing with, and I will tell you honestly which option fits, including when none of them does.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The Full Consultation, The Reset and The Deep Dive can each be paid in instalments across the time we work together, and every plan finishes when the work does. You choose the plan when you book.
What if I do not know my birth time?
I can still work with you. Without a birth time I use a horary or decumbiture chart, cast for the moment of your question or the start of an illness, which gives us a reliable picture to work from.
Is everything online?
The readings and programmes all run by video call, so I work with people worldwide. Massage is in person in Caldas da Rainha, on Portugal's Silver Coast.
I am already under a doctor. Can I still work with you?
Yes. My work sits alongside your medical care and never replaces it. As a registered nurse I will always encourage you to keep your doctor informed of anything we try.
