Jennie begins with your natal chart, your constitutional blueprint from birth, which maps your elemental balance, planetary health signatures, and the patterns that recur across your health history. Depending on your situation, she may also draw on a consultation chart (cast for the moment you first sought help), a decumbiture chart (cast for the onset of illness), or a horary chart to address a specific health question.
For the standalone written report, Jennie analyses your chart in depth and delivers a detailed constitutional health document within 7 days. For the report plus appointments option, the two 1:1 sessions allow you to explore the findings together and begin translating them into practical health steps. A decumbiture chart is a classical medical astrology technique cast for the exact moment a person first falls ill, or, if that is unknown, the moment they first seek help. It is one of the oldest diagnostic lenses in western medicine, used for centuries by physicians to understand the nature and likely trajectory of a health episode.
Jennie uses it alongside the natal chart to gain a fuller picture of what is happening in the present. It is particularly illuminating for people dealing with a current, recurring, or puzzling health situation.
Conventional medicine is excellent at identifying and managing disease states, and Jennie has over 25 years of experience within that system. Integrative health works differently, it looks at the whole person: their nutrition, nervous system regulation, sleep, environment, stress load, and constitutional tendencies.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, integrative health asks why those symptoms are present and what the body needs to restore itself. It works alongside conventional care, not instead of it.
No. Many of Jennie's clients come in as sceptics and find the constitutional analysis remarkably accurate regardless of whether they have any prior interest in astrology. Medical astrology is used as an observational and educational tool, it does not require belief, only an openness to see what patterns emerge.
The chart works as a map of tendencies. What you do with that information is always your choice.
A standalone reading gives you a deep constitutional picture, who you are, how your body functions, and the patterns most relevant to your health. It is complete in itself and many people find it genuinely transformative as a starting point.
A programme goes further. Over 3 or 6 months, Jennie works with you directly, building a personalised integrative health strategy, tracking your progress, and combining clinical understanding with astrological insight in an ongoing, supported way. Yes. All of Jennie's 1:1 programme work and medical astrology readings are fully online, which means she works with clients worldwide. In-person therapeutic massage appointments are available on Portugal's Silver Coast only.
That depends on the complexity of your situation, how long it has been building, and how consistently you are able to apply the changes Jennie recommends. That said, most clients report noticeable shifts in energy, clarity, or symptom burden within the first four to six weeks.
The 3-month programme is designed to produce real, measurable change. The 6-month programme allows for deeper, more lasting transformation, particularly useful where nervous system patterns or long-standing symptoms are involved.
