Integrative clinical bodywork informed by 27 years of nursing. Shiatsu, acupressure, trigger point release and therapeutic tuning forks, held together by a steady, trauma-informed attention that meets the body where it is and works with you throughout. This is not a spa treatment.
I also work with energy, and I bring that same energy healing sensitivity into the way I read and work with the body on the table.

I am a Registered General Nurse (Ordem dos Enfermeiros, Portugal) with 27 years of experience. For clients on the Silver Coast I offer wound care and dressing changes, PICC line and IV line management, health assessments at home, suture and staple removal, and accompaniment to medical appointments. I see clients at Espaço Zen, Tv. Infante Dom Henrique nº3D, 2500-269 Caldas da Rainha, on Portugal's Silver Coast in the Leiria district, about an hour north of Lisbon. Home treatments are available by arrangement, and outdoor sessions can be arranged weather permitting.
Therapeutic massage using shiatsu, acupressure, trigger point release and tuning forks with a trauma-informed, energy-attuned touch, alongside integrative health consultations, medical astrology readings and local nursing services. I also run workshops, health talks and community events on the Silver Coast.
Therapeutic massage is €70 for a 90-minute session. Nursing services are priced according to what is needed. Contact office@thebarefoothealers.com to book or enquire.
Yes. Many clients use an in-person session alongside their online programme, taking the face-to-face time for deeper integration work, massage or hands-on care. Let me know your situation and I will suggest the most supportive combination.
