The 90-Minute Session. Body, energy, and sound.
A session that works with you on every level. Jennie begins with therapeutic massage, softening the physical body and settling the nervous system before moving into a Reiki-infused scan of the energetic field. The session closes with a chakra tuning fork sequence, working from Crown to Root through seven calibrated frequencies, and finishing with a 432 Hz sweep that clears and integrates the whole field.
The result is something that is genuinely difficult to describe until you have experienced it: a deep physical release combined with an unusual quality of stillness and clarity that tends to stay with you for days.
Hopi Ear Candling
Deeply relaxing Reiki-infused treatment using two candles each side. Not suitable for those with ear infections.
Nursing Services
Jennie is a Registered General Nurse (Ordem dos Enfermeiros, Portugal) with 27 years of experience. For clients on the Silver Coast she offers wound care and dressing changes, PICC line and IV line management, health assessments at home, suture and staple removal, and accompaniment to medical appointments. With Bo
Reiki, herbal medicine and energy healing. In the room.
Bo is a Reiki Master with over 20 years of practice, a Herbal Medicine Consultant, and a deeply intuitive energy healer. Her in-person sessions bring together Reiki, crystal healing, and herbal medicine consultation in a way that is simply not possible over a screen. She also offers formal Usui Reiki attunements at Level 1, Level 2, and Reiki Master level for those called to learn.
Reiki Healing Session
A full Reiki healing session with crystal work and energy clearing. Bo creates a deeply held, grounded space for release and restoration.
Reiki Attunements
Usui Reiki Attunement, Level 1
The foundational attunement, opening you to working with Reiki energy for self-healing. Includes instruction, the formal attunement ceremony, and practice time with Bo.
Usui Reiki Attunement, Level 2
Practitioner-level attunement, expanding your ability to work with Reiki at greater depth and introducing distance healing. Prerequisite: Level 1.
Reiki Master Training
The Master attunement and teaching certification. A deeply personal step for those called to hold space for others. By arrangement with Bo.

Bo crafts a small range of Reiki-infused aromatherapy products by hand in her studio, each batch made with therapeutic-grade essential oils. Aura sprays, body oils, and tinctures, available through the shop and at bo-tanics.com.

We see clients at Espaço Zen, Tv. Infante Dom Henrique nº3D, 2500-269 Caldas da Rainha, on Portugal's Silver Coast (Costa de Prata), in the Leiria district. Home treatments are also available by arrangement for those who cannot travel, and outdoor sessions can be arranged weather permitting. We are about an hour north of Lisbon.
Jennie offers therapeutic massage (shiatsu, acupressure, trigger point release, tuning forks, and Reiki integration), integrative health consultations, medical astrology readings, and local nursing services. Bo offers Reiki healing sessions, crystal healing, Usui Reiki attunements at Level 1, Level 2, and Master, herbal medicine consultations, and constitutional profiling. We also run workshops, healing circles, and community events.
Therapeutic massage is €55 for 60 minutes and €70 for 90 minutes. Reiki healing sessions start from €55. Usui Reiki attunements start from €150 for Level 1 and €180 for Level 2. Nursing services are priced depending on need. Contact heal@thebarefoothealers.com to book or enquire.
Yes. Many clients combine an in-person session as a complement to their online programme, using the face-to-face time for deeper integration work, massage, or energy healing alongside ongoing health coaching. Let us know your situation and we will suggest the most supportive combination.
A Usui Reiki attunement is a ceremonial transmission that opens your channels to work with Reiki energy independently. Bo Lemm, a Reiki Master with over 20 years of practice, offers Level 1 (self-healing), Level 2 (practitioner-level with distance healing), and Master-level attunements. Sessions include preparation guidance, the attunement ceremony, integration practice, and a full debrief.

No. All sessions are conducted in English. Both Jennie and Bo are native English speakers. If you need support navigating Portuguese-language medical appointments, Jennie can accompany you and help translate and advocate on your behalf.
