Therapeutic Massage
Bodywork that listens.
This is integrative clinical bodywork informed by 27 years of nursing, using shiatsu, acupressure, trigger point release and therapeutic tuning forks, held together by a steady, trauma-informed attention that meets the body where it is and works with you throughout, which makes it quite different from a spa treatment.
I also work with energy, and I bring that same energy healing sensitivity into the way I read and work with the body on the table.

I see clients at Espaço Zen, Tv. Infante Dom Henrique nº3D, 2500-269 Caldas da Rainha, on Portugal's Silver Coast in the Leiria district, about an hour north of Lisbon. Home treatments are available by arrangement, and outdoor sessions can be arranged weather permitting.
Therapeutic massage using shiatsu, acupressure, trigger point release and tuning forks with a trauma-informed, energy-attuned touch, alongside integrative health consultations and medical astrology readings. I also run workshops, health talks and community events on the Silver Coast.

Yes. Many clients use an in-person session alongside their online programme, taking the face-to-face time for deeper integration work or massage. Let me know your situation and I will suggest the most supportive combination.
