Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports the body's capacity to restore balance. Bo is a Reiki Master with over 20 years of practice, working with clients in person on Portugal's Silver Coast and via distance sessions worldwide. Distance Reiki is equally effective, energy is not bound by physical proximity.

Bach flower remedies work on the emotional and energetic level, addressing the patterns that underlie physical symptoms. Bo includes a full flower remedy assessment as part of her practice, prescribing personalised blends based on your current emotional state, constitutional tendencies, and the themes present in your health picture.
Each remedy targets a specific emotional state, whether it is anxiety, exhaustion, indecision, overwhelm, or grief, that may be contributing to or maintaining physical imbalance.
Essential oils carry concentrated plant intelligence, volatile compounds that interact with the olfactory system, the limbic brain, and the skin to support mood, immunity, sleep, hormonal health, and more. Bo uses therapeutic-grade essential oils and creates bespoke blends for clients. She also handcrafts a small range of Reiki-infused aromatherapy mists in her studio.

Crystals and sound both work through vibration, using resonance to shift energetic patterns in the body and field. A Reiki Attunement is a sacred ceremony in which a Reiki Master opens and aligns your energy channels, giving you the ability to channel Reiki yourself. It is not a healing session, it is a transmission and an initiation. Level 1 opens your channel for self-healing and for those within your immediate family. Level 2 expands your practice beyond the self, introducing Reiki symbols, the ability to work with others, and the foundation of distance healing.
Both attunements include instruction and ongoing support from Bo to help you integrate and develop your practice. They are conducted online or in person.

Reiki sessions are gentle and non-invasive, you remain clothed throughout. Bo works with the body's energetic system, supporting the nervous system, emotional processing, and overall coherence. Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes and can be conducted online via video or in person on the Silver Coast.

The 3-month programme is a focused, intensive pathway designed to establish your herbal protocol, address acute energetic imbalances, and build a daily practice that holds. The 6-month programme gives us more time, allowing for deeper work across seasonal and lunar cycles, more Reiki treatments, repeat protocol reviews, and greater integration of all the modalities Bo works with. If your situation has been building for some time, the 6-month option generally allows for more lasting change.
