Interestingly, even profound positive emotions such as immense joy, love and gratitude can disrupt our emotional equilibrium. Recognising that many of our thought patterns may not originate from our conscious self is pivotal. The quest for equilibrium necessitates understanding the left and right brain. The left hemisphere, often associated with logical thinking, language, and analytical processing, contrasts with the right hemisphere, known for creativity, intuition, and holistic thought.

True equilibrium involves harmonising these hemispheric functions, to foster a cognitive environment where logic and creativity, analysis and intuition happen seamlessly. This synchronisation not only enhances cognitive abilities but also ensures a emotional and spiritual resonance, leading to a more centred and insightful existence.

In the pursuit of Equilibrium, the BAREFOOT approach a useful tool – binaural beats. U - Understanding: Deepening our insight into ourselves and the world. Once we have developed a sense of awareness of our emptions we can begin to understand them. This can be a painful process. As we move through life we learn mechanisms to block emotions and feelings, once we have awareness we can dig deeper into why we behave or feel a certain way and begin the path into transmuting this energy into a more creative and nurturing force for ourselves and those around us.


I - Integration: Merging analytical thought with creative intuition. Analytical thought provides structured problem-solving and logical reasoning, offering a clear, rational perspective on life's challenges. This methodical approach, when utilised with creative intuition, ensures a balanced understanding of our experiences.
