About this course
The Holistic Health Coaching Path is a transformative 3-month journey designed for those passionate about wellness, personal growth and guiding others through their healing.
Rooted in the BAREFOOT philosophy, this course combines foundational sciences, intuitive development, alternative therapies and coaching mastery. You’ve already gained a deep understanding of the body, learnt how to identify root causes of imbalance, and apply holistic strategies that support emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
Throughout this course, you will build on practical coaching skills in ethics, communication, case study work and client assessment. This culminates in a final certification eligible for IPHM registration.
This is more than a certification. It’s an invitation to embody a new way of living, healing and leading from the heart.
What’s Included
Coaching Skills & Ethics: Learn active listening, motivational interviewing and trauma-informed guidance, grounded in ethical practice and scope awareness.
Case Study Practice: Submit and review case studies using the BAREFOOT pillars, learning how to assess, map and support client journeys responsibly.
Tools & Templates: Access client intake forms, session structures and protocol planning resources designed specifically for Barefoot-style coaching.
Mentorship & Support: Includes 3 mentorship sessions (1:1 or small group) with Jennie or Bo to review cases, ask questions and integrate learning.
Certification & Professional Pathway: On completion of this programme, you will be eligible to register with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) as a Certified Holistic Health Coach.
