We begin immediately with a nurse/integrative health practitioner-led intake to map symptoms, energy, sleep, stress load, and daily constraints. We align with any existing EAP or OH recommendations to ensure a seamless, non-duplicative experience.

2. Root-Cause Analysis & The Personalised Plan (Month 1)
