In twenty years of practice Bo has seen distance sessions produce the same deep relaxation, nervous-system settling, and emotional release as in-person work. For a session you lie down somewhere quiet at an agreed time; Bo holds space for you, works through the energy body, and sends notes afterwards. Many clients describe it as the most grounded they have felt in years. In-person Reiki is available on the Silver Coast, Portugal.

Every herbal protocol Bo writes is bespoke to you — chosen from your constitutional profile, your symptom picture, and any medication or condition we need to work around. We never hand you a generic blend. All of Bo's tinctures (Bo-tanics) are made from wildcrafted or organically grown plants, sourced where possible from her own Silver Coast garden and from trusted European herbal suppliers. Tinctures can be shipped worldwide. If you are on prescription medication we screen every recommendation for interactions, and will adjust or postpone anything that is not safe alongside your current treatment.

Integrative means we use the whole toolkit — clinical evidence, functional testing, nutrition, herbs, nervous-system work, energetic practice, and constitutional frameworks like medical astrology — to understand the root picture of your health. We are not an alternative to mainstream care; we work alongside it. Jennie is a Registered Nurse and holds the ethical and clinical standards of her profession. She will happily review your medical records, interpret your lab results, and coordinate with your GP or consultant where appropriate. We will always encourage you to stay in, or return to, conventional care when that is the right call.
