We have walked this path too. The Barefoot Roadmap was built from our own healing journeys — which is why it works. Whether you complete it for your own health or go on to become a certified Holistic Health Coach, you will leave with a framework for life. The certification pathway is recognised by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) and takes approximately nine months from start to qualification. Two practitioner appointments are included in the Roadmap itself.
